I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of William and Mary in 1994 and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.
I then went on to complete a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University Of Tennessee College Of Veterinary Medicine.
From August 2001 until August 2009, I worked as a day veterinarian at a 24-hour animal hospital in the northern Virginia area. In October 2009, I took the leadership role at Arlington Animal Hospital. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the clients and pets of the practice.
I am a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, and am USDA-accredited.
I knew at a young age that I wanted to be a veterinarian, having grown up with Labrador Retrievers. When not at Arlington Animal Hospital, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. I have always enjoyed running, reading, photography, travel, and automobiles.
